1. Can I return my product?
- Defective products: Of course, you can return them free of charge. Please contact our support to receive a prepaid QR-code return label.
- If you simply don’t like it: You have a 30-day return right. In this case, the shipping costs for the return must be covered by you. We will send you a QR-code return label once you contact our support.
2. How long does shipping take?
Within Europe, more than 90% of all orders arrive within 5 business days after shipping confirmation. For international orders, delivery times may vary depending on the destination.
